We pride our business on being personal, specific and individual, which is extremely difficult to produce in a conventional, generic exercise class setting.

That's why True Core has been created, allowing you the parameters, to get exactly that, making it about you, while still being in a group environment.

Sadly, as professionals in our field, we know that 99% of fitness groups available don't make any physiological sense, at all, and serve as a complete detriment to those attending in the end.

We will never sell you short.

What Type Of Workout Is It?

Welcome to the outside of the box, the disturbance to the paradigm, the place where we just do things that little bit differently.

There is no set way, no strict parameters, just the safest, most efficient way for you to perform and obtain the results wanted from fitness and working out.

45 minutes of exercise based on functional assessment and performance, with variations offered to each specific postural type.

This workout will develop the physique you never thought imaginable, but to us that's not what is important.

It isn't about the way you look, because we don't focus on aesthetics in any way.

We see you and the human physiology for the awe inspiring brilliance that you are, regardless of how you look, your colour, creed, sex, shape or size.

This is the class where you learn, develop, prosper and grow, week in, week out, where you are constantly assessed, guided and helped towards your goal and beyond.

Where Is It & How Much?

£5.00 per person

The main class takes place on a Wednesday 6.15 Pm at the brand new purpose built community sports centre within Altrincham F.C.

Due to popular demand we schedule many other times for people not able to book on. 

Please inquire to book your space and for details of any sessions being provided that week.

We also offer this as one of many packages to businesses and companies (please see corporate and business packages)
