In The Bedroom!?


The only difference between a good day and a bad day, is the outlook we choose to adopt once our eyes awake on our pillows.

That place we go to sleep...the creator of nightmares...architect of dreams...holds the key to it all.

It's where it starts, it's where it ends...99% of the time.

The place of silence, honesty, deep thought, truth and reminiscence.

The chamber in which we question ourselves, our actions, our purpose, our beliefs and our lives, no matter how hard or self assured we claim to be.

In there, the world finally, momentarily, stands still for us, but those dreams and nightmares are not only restricted to slumber.

Whatever and whoever we allow to bring back to that room, or take out in to our day with us, is what we become, is what we are.

Your space is your sanctuary, the closest, deepest, truest, most sacred location to you in the entire world.

It is you...

So always hit that pillow and wake up from it with some form of positive thought, belief and unrivaled respect for yourself, no matter how bad things may ever seem.

If you go to sleep and wake up to any negativity, then it breeds, and it festers, and it consumes your day.

Let it consume your day...and you've just lost control.

Fight it, don't allow it, choice is our own.

The options are, do or don't, there is no inbetween.

We all have bad times but life is too is too short...and you are too gifted in your own unique way to stay silent.

I always remind myself that if I have a bedroom in the first place...AND...I woke up today...then I am already way wayyyy ahead of the game regardless!

I'm rich in life.
